Engineering and Maintenance Services: TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM & AMC OF ALL THE EQUIPMENTS

Operations and Maintenance: Our Mechanical and Electrical Services include, all mechanical, electrical, drainage, lighting, incinerating, ventilation, air-conditioning, elevating, heating, pumping, sprinkling, alarm, plumbing and other mechanical and electrical systems installed in or used in the operation of the Building. Power generation, distribution and control. Water supply and its distributions by maintaining all quality parameters.

AMC Management: We take annual maintenance contract which include emergency repairs, part defects and facility safety of all the electro-mechanical equipment installed in the building/property. AMC proven to be a key factor in extending equipment life, reducing downtime, predictable, fixed costs, guaranteed access to maintenance support at any time and lowering overall costs.

Asset Management: Our asset maintenance services can ensure the availability, performance, safety, and reliability. We maintain asset register & history card for extensive access. This makes it easy to identify assets that require regular maintenance. This data help to maintain assets like Elevators and Escalators, CCTV, Fire Fighting System, DG Set, STP Plant, HVAC and regular audit of safeties

Revamping & Up Gradation: We provide complete upgrade solutions that allow to update the technological and equipment as per the requirement of the facility. This does involve janitorial, consumables and cleaning equipment's to clean surfaces and maintain a facility. Pantry Services: We provide trained, well groomed and professional stewards, waiters, service boy to serve food - brewages to the management, staff, visitors and guests with all etiquettes and method. Our FOE's will be managing the guesthouse inventory and all email communications, also attend guests when ever require. Dedicated Online Portal access with dashboard for complete MIS report. We give assurance of a comfortable stay and a delightful experience to all the guests. Our professional team works in the housekeeping and pantry/kitchen section to fulfill the guests' requirements and maintain a polite, dignified and helpful attitude towards the guests.
